How to Create and Send a Screen Shot to Facebook Support Team

Often times, we are asked to submit a screen shot of problem faced while reporting a bug to Facebook Support team. Some facebook users are novice PC users. Taking a ‘Print Screen’ sounds like impossible to them. It is actually quite easy, just follow the instructions below and you know what I mean:

  1. Go to the facebook web page where you like to save the screen shot.
  2. Look for the Print Screen button on your keyboard ‘Prt Scr’, press it.

Yes, nothing happened (YET!). Let’s continue:

      3.  Open your Paint program:

Click Start (bottom left corner of your PC screen)> All Programs > Accessories > Paint

 Paint 

      4.  Hold Cltr + V to paste your screenshot on the Paint program.

      5.  Click File > Save As .jpg and name your screenshot. You can save it to your Desktop or any folder. Just be sure to remember its location.

 Now your screen shot is ready. Just go back to your facebook complaint form, hit ‘Browse’ to load your image. Hit Submit after describing issue faced in details.

    Hi..
    Recently someone has created a fake account of my ID and he has my pictures in it. The guy is spoiling my name by liking bad websites and writing bad stuff in activities and details. Please tell me a good way to stop him. I’ve already submitted a report but nothing has happened. Please help me.

    Report that guy’s account is the best way for facebook to take action on him. It takes time for facebook to investigate, maybe. But once they are confirmed the guy is a fake, actions will be taken.
